We practiced Swar and first three lines of vayanjan. I gave them akshar cards and asked them to arrange them in order and say their sound. I gave one cd to the students, listen to it more often. It will help them to memorize the varnmala.

1. write swars 5 times.
2.write first three lines of vayanjan 5 times.
3. write ginti 1-10 5 times.
note: I gave some printouts of varnmala to practice writing.

Classwork:
In the previous class we reviewed swars and vayanjans .
and we learned next two lines of vayanjan. We have 13 swar and 39 vayanjan in Hindi varnmala.
so far we have learned 13 swar and 15 vayanjan....we will revise them few more time in the class. Please practice them with your child at home also.

We revised Swar A and AA and the words starting from their sound and learned E and EE. We practiced saying Ginti 1-10 and learned how to make 2 and 3 in Hindi. We learned names of the colors(Rang) in Hindi.
